Gnani.ai is looking to hire an Event Coordinator with 2 to 3 Years of experience.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-focused, and process-oriented even coordinator to join our Marketing Team.
The ideal candidate will be a creative individual with a mindset with the ability to plan, communicate, budget, manage logistics and execute on a range of events.
These events will be aligned with Gnani’s brand and present attendees and speakers with a unique experience that increases brand awareness and drives new leads for the business.
Developing event strategies aligned with marketing, business development, and sales teams that aim to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
Lead the planning and execution of events, including internal employer branding events around the world, with support from Sales and Marketing teams
Manage Gnani’s events, where we bring together our community of CX enthusiasts to learn and get inspired from some of the biggest thought leaders around the world.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop event strategies for online marketing events (webinars, third-party virtual conferences, round-table, lunch & learns, Gnani hosted events, etc.).
Get input from product business owners and align with overall sales initiatives, strategy, and branding.
Operational excellence and experience with conducting virtual events, logistics management, virtual event tools, various event formats, managing speakers, project plans, engagement activities, and analytics
You will be responsible for identifying relevant events to sponsor, managing budgets, internal/external stakeholders, coordination with email marketing, ads, and creative design team, engagement activities for the event, swag management, and other event logistics.
Execute event programs that generate new leads, create new sales/expansion opportunities, accelerate existing sales opportunities and deepen our relationships with our prospects and customers.
Collaborate with the Business Development Representatives (BDRs) on identifying sources for quality leads, and converting them into sales opportunities.
Collaborate with the rest of the marketing team members for integrated marketing campaigns which include emails, ads via various channels, design, video marketing, direct mail, analyst relations, content specific to the campaign, etc.
As the driver of events, product expertise and/or technically thinking/speaking abilities are required to engage with customers and prospects at a high level to help generate demand and drive traffic to the booth or website for the programs assigned.
Proactively apply for speaking opportunities at conferences, including C-levels, in collaboration with the Content Manager.
Opportunity to own and launch events aimed at end-users
Experience in planning and execution of virtual events is a must
Must have worked on virtual event platforms, hosted webinars and thought leadership events
